Driveway , Alfresco & Shed slabs delayed from last week, went in today 4/4 , Turf down tomorrow. Inspection on Wed !!!

Stencil Crete Drive in - Gun metal Grey.

 Pathway repaired - Allworth smashed the buggery out of the old one ! We had to pay the Concrete guy directly for this (no 20% thank goodness !)

Garden Shed & Aviary Slabs in rear of block.










Alfresco slab in - Gun metal Grey Stencil Crete too.

    Hi again,

    Its the middle of November 2011 & we are still going through paperwork and our file has just been approved by Landcom and is not going to certifier (apparently much quicker than council).

    I don't know if you still check this blog for comments, i hope you do, can we please have some photos of the completed product? are you happy with the end result?

    We are looking at building the exact home & floor plan as this in cooranbong. We have a budget of max 420k. How much was your total price if you don't mind? Not sure if we can do it or not!
