House Update 30/03, should have key's by 06/04

A bit going on but here's an update.

Yes the painting was finished on 17/03 . On 18/03 the electrician finished off all the power outlets , light switches, down lights and the flood light at the back.

The plumber also finished off all the tapware throughout the house.

The roller doors are on.

The ceramic tiles into dining, kitchen , living and hallway's were laid on Monday 21/03, grouted Tuesday 22/3.

Carpet laying to bedrooms, media and lounge started Thursday 24/03 , finished Monday 28/03.

Tuesday 29/03 , driveway and alfresco has been formed. Pour is expected to take place on 01/04. Weather permitting. Turf scheduled to be laid Monday 04/04 , weather permitting , Cleaner is booked in for Wed 06/04, we expect to do handover on the Wednesday afternoon / Thursday morning yipee !

Painting should be finished by 17/03 - getting close now......

03/03 - Tiling has started in Bathrooms , Laundry & Splashback in Kitchen

Still locked out but we noticed that the splashback has been done in the Kitchen and the tiling has started in the bathrooms & Laundry.

Spoke to the SS today who advised that painting will start Monday -7/03 , followed by electrical/plumbing, then carpet & tiles to living area's while the driveway alfresco & turf goes in.

Seems to be some confusion over our completion date though. SS say's it will be a week later then head office are stating. Will clarify this with Construction tomorrow.
